Second year ends

This was the final project of second year. 

the breif was to select a building and design for that specififc interior.

Alot of the class went to New York. I wasnt able to go so I selected a listed building from my home town, Newcastle.

I chose the Theatre Royal and took design inspiration from different theatre productions such as the phantom of the opera and billy elliot.

My final pieces were large feature wall designs with elements of repeat and different motifs layered upon a mix of different textures.
