Super Weekend

So this weekend has been one of the best =) 

To start off Saturday was exciting. Me and Michael went to see a house on Thursday night and Saturday we went at 9.00am to hand our applications in followed by the property being took off the market and its viewings for the day being cancelled. *fingers crossed now* 

Sunday my dad came down from Newcastle =)
For Christmas I got him a driving experience which he did at Leeds. So he got to Huddersfield at 10.35 and then checked in to his B&B at the top of our road. We had a quick lunch then off we set. 

It was a lot busier than we had all expected, I hadn't realised but there was also people there who where paying on the day (rather silly as it was a hefty price for pay on the day!)

Dad checked in at 2.00pm and supposedly would be driving at 3.00 - 3.30pm, that didn't go to plan. They had several different flags marking the cars eg, Lambo, Audi, Ferrari... You then qued up and they called your name, lots of people were missing when names were called so the list got skipped fairly quickly. Dad ended up driving his a lot sooner! =) which was good as it was starting to heat up and I have the skin of a ginger lol. 

Dad drove an Aston Martin DB9 and then an Audi R8, his fav was the Audi which was beautiful and seemed very popular.

We took a few snaps of the cars but it was hard to take photos of Dad in the car as the experience company (Wellman) had made it so you should be buying their photos which were an extra £25! 

After we had finished we headed to the pub for lots of pints and some pool which was great then finished off with a massive, gorgeous curry! (Mumbai spice) then some more pints which I paid for the next day at work with a fuzzy head!

I had a great day and it was lovely to spend some time with my dad and Michael =)
