Another yummy smoothie!

I attempted to make a really healthy smoothie last night...
Carrots 
Spinach 
Oranges 

It was a disaster! The carrot did not blend well at all ha ha. So that went down the sink. 

I had two bananas left to use before they went bad so I threw them in and thought what the hell it's Friday scrap the healthyness no spinach today, instead... Peanut butter lol and it is yum! 

So it's a mix between a milkshake and a smoothie but a nice treat which really isn't too bad for you...

2 bananas 
2tsp Peanutbutter
Semi skimmed milk (just add to make the thickness you like)
