It all started 2 years ago, I had just graduated and was still unemployed, we also hadn't been together that long. Michael treat us to a trip away. We stayed in Whitby and then a few nights in Scarborough. We then decided to go back last year, just to Whitby and stayed in a family friends cottage which was lovely.
Were doing the same again this year in the same cottage and it was very unplanned this year! It started about 2 weeks ago, Michael enquired about the cottage being free, not telling me, to keep it a surprise. He wanted to cheer me up as we weren't having much luck finding a house. We sorted the trip and then the next day we found a house! Because Alfie and Sassy will be coming down to live with us we decided we may as well squeeze the trip in before the house move, its convenient and were both dying for a rest!
So Whitby is quite special to us really, it was our first trip together and it has some lovely memories for us =)
I'm really excited for this years visit, you could say I'm counting the minuets...2 days 3 hours 39 minuets and 15 seconds!
